How to request an invitation to Association
If you would like to request an invitation to attend The Christian Science Association of the Pupils of Mary Bothwell, C.S.B., please send the information listed below by email or postal mail (found in latest copy of The Christian Science Journal).
Information to include in your request to attend:
- Your name
- Your mailing address, including street, city, state, postal code or zip code, and country.
- Your email address
- Your telephone number
- The name of your Christian Science Primary Class teacher
- Has your association been disbanded?
- If not, does your teacher still conduct your association meetings?
- If your teacher still conducts your association, have you discussed visiting another association with your teacher?
- Any comments you wish to include.
